Recruitment Process being followed by us is as below:
Receipt of requirement & Job description for the position from the organization.
Search of profile from our data bank/ thro. Various job portals/ advertisement.
Matching of job profile with candidate's profile.
Personal interview with the candidate to assess his competencies, cultural work background and his aspirations and his willingness for the new organization.
Explaining of job description for the position, organization and salary limits.
Conducting of psycho-matrix testing of candidates- on request from organization
Forwarding candidate's profile to the company.
Arranging of interviews and communication of venue, date & time of interview to candidates.
Counseling of candidates in case of any differences.
Closing of position.

Manpower Outsourcing :
We also outsource manpower to different organizations. We keep manpower on our rolls, pay salary to them from our organization, take care of all statutory requirements in respect of such manpower and provide them to different organizations against their specific requirements. We charge to such organizations availing these services from us salary of such candidate, statutory dues i.e. PF, ESI etc. and 8.33% of candidate's salary as our service charges.
